Choose the right time to have your chest enlarged!

In any aesthetic operation, choosing the perfect time is of the utmost importance. How do you decide which time is right for you? It is important that you entrust yourself to a beauty clinic whose team you trust and where you feel well cared for. Choose a time for the operation when you don’t have any stress! The postoperative rest ingesity phase of 1-2 weeks is important for the recovery process. You are allowed to rest!

Wear a solid sports bra for 4 to 6 weeks!

During the operation, a large-scale wound develops. In order to keep the shear forces against this wound surface and thus also the pain as low as possible, you should wear a tight sports bra for 4 to 6 weeks after the operation. This also reduces the swelling. It is also important that this sports bra has a wide waistband to keep the friction at the scar, which lies in the underbust fold, as low as possible.

Start from the third week with the scar massage!

The incision through which the implants are inserted is thus supplied with seams that dissolve by themselves within the first two months. After 14 days, the wound healing is already completed so far that from the third week the scar massage can be started.

You get special scar creams in every pharmacy, but these usually cost a lot of money. Just as effective and well effective is a classic bepanther cream. It contains silicones, as well as found in shampoos that keep the skin or scar soft. Massage your scars twice a day for a few minutes with pressure! This keeps the skin soft and makes the scar flat.

We use self-dissolving suture material

In order to sew the surgical cuts or wounds, we use self-dissolving (absorbable) seam material in our beauty clinic. So you don’t have to come to us specifically for thread removal. This not only saves another visit to the doctor, no, but also the otherwise unpleasant removal of the seams is eliminated. Nevertheless, the scars heal perfectly and perfectly. It takes about 4 to 8 weeks for all the seam material to dissolve. This varies from patient to patient and depends on the immune system.
